Our Tamworth pork
We use our own-reared Tamworth pigs to produce our pork – historically the benchmark for all our meats. The high degree of marbling found in Tamworth pork – similar to that found in good beef – adds an extraordinary depth of flavour and succulence.
Our Tamworth meat is darker in colour than most other pork with very white ribbons of back-fat. The flavour is deep, rich and unique and the skin is firm and fantastic for crackling.
