Rib of beef roast

Rich, succulent and full of flavour. Our rib of beef roast is from native breed, grass-fed cattle raised on British pasture. It's similar to the fore rib on the bone but has the chine bone removed for easy carving. Cooked on the bone, this classic roasting joint has generous marbling that keeps the meat moist and deeply savoury. A true centrepiece for Christmas or a special Sunday roast, best served pink.
